Step 1 - Select Service and Enter Information
If you are a holder of Hong Kong ID, please follow the steps below and see the following screen.
 If you are a holder of Hong Kong ID, please choose “Yes”.
 Please choose the “Learner's Driving Licence (Commercial Vehicles)” application type.
 Enter “HKID Number”
 Enter Receiving Confirmation and Reminder
 Click “Continue” and go to Step 2
If you are not a holder of Hong Kong ID, please follow the steps below and see the following screen.
If you are not a holder of Hong Kong ID, please choose “No”.
Please choose the “Learner's Driving Licence (Commercial Vehicles)” application type.
Enter “Identity Document Number”.
Enter Receiving Confirmation and Reminder
Click “Continue” and go to Step 2
