Step 1 - Select Service and Enter Information
If you are a holder of Hong Kong ID, please follow the steps below and see the following screen.
 If you are a holder of Hong Kong ID, please choose “Yes”.
 Please choose the “New Issue or Addition of Full Driving Licence/ New Issue, Renewal or Addition of Driving Instructor's Licence” application type.
 Enter “HKID Number”
 Enter “Probationary/Full Driving Licence or Driving Instructor's Licence Expiry Date”
 Enter Receiving Confirmation and Reminder
 Click “Continue” and go to Step 2
If you are not a holder of Hong Kong ID, please follow the steps below and see the following screen.
If you are not a holder of Hong Kong ID, please choose “No”.
Please choose the “New Issue or Addition of Full Driving Licence/ New Issue, Renewal or Addition of Driving Instructor's Licence” application type.
Enter “Identity Document Number”.
Enter “Probationary/Full Driving Licence or Driving Instructor's Licence Expiry Date”
Enter Receiving Confirmation and Reminder
Click “Continue” and go to Step 2
