Vehicle Licence Renewal / and Transfer of Vehicle Ownership

Full Driving Licence, Probationary Driving Licence, Learner’s Driving Licence, Driving Instructor’s Licence

Driving Test (Private Car, Light Goods Vehicle, Motor Cycle and Motor Tricycle) (only available at the Hong Kong Licensing Office and the Kowloon Licensing Office)

Direct Issue of Hong Kong Full Driving Licence /Issue or Extension of Temporary Driving Licence (only available at the Hong Kong Licensing Office)

International Driving Permit
